However, a clue is provided by a seemingly irrelevant photograph which Sven shows Hole, and this combined with a very minute but precise piece of forensic evidence points to a completely unexpected perpetrator. Synopsis.

Hole realizes however that Waaler's desire to kill Sven is born out of a desire to eliminate a potentially dangerous witness to his role in the smuggling ring, and to this end he convinces Sven that he should trust him and not Waaler.
Sven is willing to testify against Waaler, but he is adamant of his innocence of the murders, and consequently his testimony is wholly dependent on Hole exonerating him. J A bug thumbs p to the translator as the Harry Hole books read like they were written in my language and not translated. Expired before I finished it as I found it a challenging read. I had listened to an interview with Nesbo, in which he conceded that Harry wasn’t going to go on forever, but not yet, I’m not ready to let him go yet. I'm just happy, dare I say it, that book 6 was only just published in paperback - it means I have one more chance to go see Harry in action. 4.5 out of 5.

This time, when those he loves and values most are facing terrible danger, Harry is in no position to protect anyone—least of all himself. A minimum security prison would hardly be a place for a man that raped and disfigured someone. The ghosts that haunt him in his dreams make his alcoholism worse. Never has one been as tedious as this one. A golyóálló mellény nagy segítség volt, ám a fejlövéshez már szerencse is kellett! http://literarytreats.wordpress.com/2012/04/26/review-phantom-jo-nesbo/. Life is good, until indications that a serial killer is a work begin to appear. His brilliant insights and dedication to his job have saved countless lives over the years.
